Synonym | T-cell antigen CD7, GP40, LEU-9, Tp40, TP41, CD7, T-cell leukemia antigen, T-cell surface antigen Leu-9. |
Background | T-cell antigen CD7 (CD7) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein which is expressed on pluripotential hemapoietic cells, nearly all human thymocytes and some peripheral blood T cells. The CD7 molecule is missing in a subset of human T cells under some physiologic conditions. An increase in CD7 negative T cells can be observed in a number of inflammatory skin diseases. |
Description | CD7 Human Recombinant expressed in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 178a.a. (26-180 a.a) and having a molecular weight of 18.8 kDa.CD7 is fused to a 23a.a. His-tag at N-terminus and purified by unique purification methods.800x600 |
